By using LeadAimer, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Pretty straightforward.
What LeadAimer does
LeadAimer is an AI-powered lead discovery and reply generation service. We scan social platforms (Reddit, X/Twitter, Threads, Quora) to find relevant conversations, match them against your product profile, and generate contextual replies. You review and approve all content before anything gets posted.
Account rules
- One person per account. Don't share your login credentials.
- Accurate information. Provide real details when setting up your product profile — it helps us find better leads.
- Your credentials, your responsibility. When you connect social platforms, you're responsible for keeping those connections secure. Revoke access if you suspect compromise.
- Be 18 or older. Or have legal guardian consent if applicable in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
Don't use LeadAimer to:
- Spam. Don't send the same reply to dozens of threads. Each reply should be relevant and helpful.
- Mislead. Don't claim to be someone you're not. If you're recommending your own product, own it.
- Automate abusively. Don't blast out hundreds of replies in minutes. Respect rate limits and platform norms.
- Violate platform ToS. Each social platform has its own rules. If you get banned for breaking theirs, that's on you.
- Harass or defame. Don't use our service to attack competitors or individuals.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines or harm the service's reputation.
Payment terms
- Pay-as-you-go tokens. You purchase token packs and use them as needed. No subscriptions, no recurring charges.
- Non-refundable once used. Tokens that have been consumed (scans, replies) can't be refunded. Unused tokens can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Stripe processing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We don't store your card details.
- Price changes. We may adjust token prices. Existing token balances are honored at the price you paid.
Free trial tokens
New accounts receive a one-time grant of free trial tokens. These are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire if your account is inactive for 12 months. The purpose is to let you test the service before buying.
Intellectual property
- Your content: AI-generated replies are yours to use however you want. Once you approve and post them, they're your words on the internet.
- Our platform: The LeadAimer brand, logo, software, and underlying technology belong to us. Don't copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the service.
- Your product profile: The information you provide about your business stays yours. We use it to find leads, not to compete with you.
Limitation of liability
LeadAimer is provided as-is. We're not liable for:
- Platform bans. If Reddit or X suspends your account, that's between you and them. We provide tools; you use them responsibly.
- Reply quality. AI isn't perfect. Review everything before posting. You're responsible for the content you publish.
- Missed leads. We find relevant threads, but we can't guarantee every scan returns golden opportunities.
- Service interruptions. We work hard to keep things running, but occasional downtime happens.
- Third-party changes. If a social platform changes their API or blocks access, we'll adapt but can't control their decisions.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions don't allow this limitation; it may not apply to you.
Termination
- You can leave anytime. Delete your account from settings. We'll remove your data within 30 days. Unused paid tokens can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- We can suspend for abuse. If you violate these terms or use the service for spam/harassment, we may suspend your account without refund.
- We can close the service. If LeadAimer shuts down, we'll give you 30 days notice and refund unused paid tokens.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For significant changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that period means you accept the new terms. If you don't like the changes, you can close your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
