How we use your data
Your data powers the core functionality of LeadAimer:
- Product profile building: We analyze your website or survey responses to understand what you offer and who you help
- Lead discovery: We scan social platforms to find relevant conversations where your product could help
- AI reply generation: We create personalized, contextually relevant replies in your voice
- Posting on your behalf: When you approve a reply, we post it to the connected platform
Third parties we share with
We share data only with essential service providers:
- Stripe: Processes payments securely. They receive billing details but not your product profile or generated content
- Supabase: Handles authentication and data storage. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit
- Social platforms: When you connect Reddit, X, Threads, or Quora, we send posts on your behalf. These platforms receive only the content you approve for posting
We do not sell your data. We do not share your product profile or generated replies with third parties beyond what's necessary to provide the service.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies — only what's needed to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics. Your session cookie keeps you authenticated as you navigate the app.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data (like scan performance metrics) may be retained for service improvement.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Export: Download your product profile, generated replies, and usage history
- Deletion: Request complete removal of your account and data
- Correction: Update or correct any inaccurate information
